Bad New, Bad News, Bad News is all we hear now a days!!!

But the News Makers seem to forget that Real Estate is local.

It is not hard to find a Home For Sale in most case, but a lot depends on the Buyer, What are they looking for? A bigger home, a smaller home, a home that is priced between 200,000- 300,000, a home that is priced a  1,000,000 - 2,000,000? The simple reality is that there are homes on the market for sale but depending on what the buyer wants it might exsit or not!

I had buyer the other day as me to see if we had any homes for sale under $ 200,000. now normally I would be open to educating anyone but this buyer but the only education I could give on this one was that I dont have any homes in the East Quogue for that price. The buyer thought I was making it up and thought there most be a 200,000 home for sale or a forclosure out there for 200,000. My responce was not now but I will keep my eyes open.
